Being less than 10 mins walk from the train station, Martha’s b&b was perfect for what I needed. The house is set in a quiet road, near to eating places and less than 15 mins walk to the shops. The bed was very comfy, breakfast plentiful, and parking easy. Martha herself is kind, understanding and generous - allowing me to keep my suitcase in the house for the day whilst I explored nearby Warwick. Would definitely stay here again if I found myself back in Leamington Spa. Top tip: if you go to Warwick castle, take the train as parking is £10 on top of the entry charge, and take lunch with you as seasonal entry meant that there was only the 1 restaurant open for over 100 visitors. Train an easy £2.50 return from Leamington spa and a 10 mins walk the other side.

Lovely large bed but a tiny bathroom, although if space is limited that is the best way around so suited us fine. Pleasantly surprised to find permit parking available right at the door of the property, although £4.50 for 24 hours just 200 yards or so away was also most acceptable. Very pleasant, easy walk across Jephson Gardens to the town centre. Reasonable walk to Victoria Park for the Bowls England national finals. Generous breakfast. A great find.
