A well located family friendly 2Bed flat, located on the Ground Floor of a Classical Regency Terraced block. Central Leamington Spa is just a short walk away with a wealth of bars, restaurants and attractions on your doorstep.

IIMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. The flat is beautiful, close to town and links to motorways so it’s easy to see other parts of the country.The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars throughout is that there were major renovations on weekdays from 7.30am-5pm in an adjacent flat. The builders were very loud and this meant we had to go out all day to avoid the noise. It’s a shame that we weren’t notified in advance.
