Located on the 1st floor (without elevator) of a small town building with only 3 apartments, this 90 m² apartment in the heart of Royan is very spacious and bright. It offers a beautiful living room with beautiful period parquet floors and vintage furniture opening onto a south-east-facing balcony (0.86 x 8.80 m), a living room with two sofas (flat-screen TV) and a dining room, a separate fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, gas hob, fridge-freezer, toaster, oven, coffee maker), two bedrooms (queen-size bed and two single beds), one of which has access to the balcony, a large bathroom with a heated towel rail, and a separate toilet.
Parking: Free parking is available on the Notre-Dame church square, 20 meters away. Leave your car and enjoy walking distance to everything.
