L’appartement est idéalement placé , à proximité de la plage de Foncillon et du centre ville de Royan.Situé dans un immeuble ancien bien entretenu, il offre de beaux volumes ( hauteur sous plafond) et résiste bien à la chaleur. Il est bien décoré, les salles d’eau sont récentes et fonctionnelles.Une terrasse spacieuse et arborée complète l’agrément du lieu.Seul bémol : la cuisine, petite et qui mériterait un rafraîchissement mais cela n’a pas nui à notre séjour à deux.Je recommande cet endroit!
