Located 250 meters from Grande Conche Beach and close to the town center, this apartment, which can accommodate 3 people, features an entrance hall with a large closet, an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, 2-burner ceramic hob, extractor hood, kettle, toaster, coffee maker), a living room opening onto a balcony (140x190 sofa bed), flat-screen TV, a spacious 11 m² bedroom (140x190 bed, chest of drawers) opening onto a balcony, a beautiful en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower), vanity unit, and a separate toilet with washing machine.
A private underground parking space is provided for your convenience.
Bed linens, towels, bath mats, and tea towels are not provided - services can be ordered upon request. Cleaning service available upon request; otherwise, a specific cleaning deposit will be required. A €500 accommodation deposit is payable by check upon arrival or via the SWIKLY link that will be sent to you.

Appartement tout à fait correct. Correspond à l'annonce. Il faut préciser quelque détails "local poubelle" par exemple.L'inventaire n'est pas très adapté les photos c'est bien mais l'inventaire papier est nul.
