Jolie vue mais mobilier détérioré à changer

Fauteuils crevĂ©s inutilisables, vieilles chaises bruyantes et certaines assises crevĂ©es, couettes lourdes car lestĂ©es comme dans les hĂŽpitaux, pas de volet sur fenĂȘtre du sĂ©jour. Logement correspond plus Ă  un 4 personnes que 6 (canapĂ© lit en 120 inconfortable). Par contre jolie vue et mĂ©nage impeccable par les filles de la conciergerie. J’ai signalĂ© un manque de pastilles vaisselle rĂ©glĂ© dans l’aprĂšs midi.

Appartement trÚs bien situé

L’appartement est trĂšs bien situĂ© avec la mer juste en face, la ville possible de faire Ă  pied. Le gros bĂ©mol pour nous a Ă©tĂ© l’absence de volet du cĂŽtĂ© salon car ayant que 2 chambre, l’une de nos filles dormait sur le canapĂ© lit et malheureusement elle avait la lumiĂšre de la ville et des voiture.

BEL APPARTEMENT ET BEL EMPLACEMENT

Excellente situation pour ce superbe appartement vue sur mer, trĂšs propre et spacieux.NĂ©anmoins peu chaleureux car manque de dĂ©co sur les murs blancs (quelques gravures seraient les bienvenues).Quant aux deux fauteuils du salon, mieux vaut Ă©viter de les utiliser...Ils ont beaucoup trop vĂ©cus et vous vous enfoncerez jusqu'au sol...Autres petits bĂ©mols : aucun placard pour les vĂȘtements,ni patĂšres. Un porte manteau sur roulettes, mais pas de cintres... c'est dommage et surtout peu pratique.
