You have a closed parking and a part of private garden equipped with armchairs, table, chairs and a barbecue.
The fully renovated 3 * Charente-Maritime Tourisme housing is designed to accommodate a person with reduced mobility or a couple or a small family with a child up to 4 years.
A first room including the fully equipped kitchen (large fridge / freezer, dishwasher, mini-vacuum cleaner, clothes rack, household equipment, espresso machine, coffee maker, induction hob) and relaxation area with TV (TNT and DVD player) small desk for computer (wifi of the house), is separated from the room (bed 160x200) by a sliding door, a second sliding door opens the room on the bathroom. The toilets are not separated.
Linen is provided and changed weekly for no extra charge for long stays and we offer a laundry service fee.
