Booking Requirements

All guests are required to fill out a renter's agreement, upload their ID to confirm the reservation, and pay a $250.00 refundable security deposit.
Verification Portal:
To keep everything secure and smooth, we might ask for a government-issued ID, a confirmation of your contact details, a matching credit card, and possibly a quick background check. Don’t worry—your information is only used for verification and isn’t stored.
By booking, you agree to our rental terms, provide the necessary documents before check-in, and understand that check-in details will be sent after we complete the verification.
We'll also place a temporary hold of $250.00 on your credit card as a security deposit. This hold is just a pre-authorization and will be released automatically within 2 days after check-out, as long as everything goes smoothly.

The instructions made everything super easy, and we really appreciated all the light switches being labeled, such a small detail that made a big difference. The backyard was a great for our dogs! The host was fantastic! Yenmy was very responsive and flexible when our plans changed, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend!
