Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Checkout is 10am - Placing used towels in the laundry room - Bagging all trash (no loose trash please) and place in bin outside
- Turing thermostat down or a/c off to conserve energy - Placing key back where found it, leave house unlocked - No need to strip beds
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
