Ruhig und zentral, auf einer sonnigen Anhöhe inmitten von Wiesen, liegt unser gepflegtes Bauernhaus. Die gemütlichen Ferienwohnungen mit Balkon sind liebevoll im bayerischen Landhausstil eingerichtet. Unser Haus ist nur 20 Gehminuten vom Ortszentrum sowie 200m von der Dorfbus-Haltestelle entfernt und ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für ihre Urlaubsaktivitäten. Wander- und Fahrradwege führen direkt am Haus vorbei. Freibad und Erlebnisbad Vita-Alpina, sowie Gaststätten sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Gleich neben dem Haus führt eine der zahlreichen, bestens gepflegten Loipen des Ruhpoldinger Schiwanderwege-Netzes vorbei. Das Skigebiet Unternberg ist nur ca. 500 m entfernt. Familien mit Kindern sind herzlich willkommen! Haustiere auf Anfrage.
Die gemütliche Ferienwohnung für 2-4 Personen ist liebevoll im bayerischen Landhausstil eingerichtet und verfügen über ein Doppelschlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Doppel-Schlafcouch, Essecke, Kabel-TV, Radio, komplett eingerichtete Küche und Dusche mit WC, separates WC, W-Lan, Balkon mit Panoramablick. Die Ferienwohnung hat eine Größe von 43 m² Familien mit Kindern sind bei uns herzlich willkommen – Kinderbett und Kinderhochstuhl stellen wir Ihnen gerne zur Verfügung. Schöne FeWo mit Blick auf den rauschberg

Sehr schöne FeWo, aufstehen und auf den Balkon setzen und den Kuhglocken lauschen. Mehr Ruhe und Entspannung geht nicht. Fühlen uns sehr wohl hier und können diese FeWo nur Empfehlen. Danke für die Schöne Zeit

Sehr empfehlenswert

Wir haben eine Woche im September in einer der schönen Wohnungen von Frau Hollweger, die uns sehr herzlich empfangen hat, verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der Bauernschrank im öffentlichen Flur. Dort war von Handtüchern bis Blasenpflastern alles vorhanden und wir konnten uns jeder Zeit, wenn nötig, etwas nehmen. Wir waren das erste Mal in Ruhpolding, hatten aber schon allein durch die nette Art von Frau Hollweger das Gefühl, willkommen und ein Stück weit zu Hause zu sein. Vom Haus aus konnten wir direkt Wandertouren mit unserem Hund unternehmen. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen.
