Unser Haus liegt an den sonnenverwöhnten Südhängen von Ruhpolding in sehr ruhiger Lage, ca. 20 Gehminuten vom Ortszentrum entfernt. Es ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für ausgedehnte Wanderungen und Ausflüge in die nähere und weitere Umgebung des Chiemgaus und darüber hinaus. Wenn Sie einfach zur entspannen möchten steht Ihnen auch der Garten mit Liegewiese und Grillmöglichkeit zur Verfügung. Für Hausgäste kann ich in meiner Silberschmiede zu Sonderpreisen auch Kreativkurse nach vorheriger Absprache im Silberschmieden, Schmuckgestaltung oder Perlenfäden anbieten.
Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und 60 qm groß. Der offene Eingangsbereich in Ihre Etage bietet Gelegenheit zum Entspannen bei der Lektüre eines Buches aus unserer Bibliothek.

Vermieter sehr freundlich, insgesamt zu empfehlen, manko: durch die vom Wohnbereich der Vermieter nicht komplett getrennten Ferienräume fehlt es an Privatsphäre

Tolle Lage, sehr freundliche Vemieter

Der Check In war sehr unkompliziert. Das Ehepaar wohnt zusammen mit einem Hund Lena unten, wie quasi oben. Ja. Es gibt keine Zwischentür, man könnte meinen wenig Privatsphäre, aber so haben wir es nicht empfunden. Sondern Im Gegenteil. Viele tolle Tipps. Vor allem die geheimen Attraktionen. Zb Gut Aiderbichl Henndorf Die Ausstattung ist einfach aber es ist ist mehr als genug von allem da. Die Lage ist traumhaft (Einkauf, Ausflüge, Berge) Es war schön unten im Garten das Essen zu genießen. Mit Blick auf die Berge

Schöne Ferienwohnung, freundliche Vermieter

Wir haben zu dritt Wanderurlaub in den Bergen gemacht und wurden herzlich empfangen und mit vielen Ausflugtips versorgt. Sehr schöne ruhige Lage am Ortsrand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig oder mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Herrlicher Ausblick auf die Berge. Ideal für Hundebesitzer und Hundefreunde. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Großzügige Wohnung bei äußerst gastfreundlichen Gastgebern

Wir haben hier 9 Tage verbracht und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Wohnzimmer ist zweigeteilt und sehr geräumig. Die Toilette ist vom Badezimmer getrennt, was wir auch als sehr positiv empfanden. Dem Schlafzimmer ist ein begehbarer Kleiderschrank angeschlossen, sodass unsere Sachen reichlich Platz hatten. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock und ist nicht komplett vom EG getrennt. Das könnte den ein oder anderen evtl. stören. Wir haben es aber nicht als Problem empfunden. Das Ehepaar Griese ist freundlich, kommunikativ und offen für alle Wünsche und Ideen. Dazu kommt ihr unglaublich lieber Hund "Lena". Sie schließt jeden Besucher sofort in ihr Herz (und wir sie auch!). Wir kommen gerne wieder!
