Die neue Nichtraucher-Wohnung (75 qm) befindet sich im Obergeschoß mit Süd-Balkon und Balkonmöbel. Die gesamte Wohnung ist mit Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet, die Einbaumöbel sind von Schreinerhand gefertigt.
Der Wohnraum mit Couchecke und Esstisch für mehr als 5 Personen verfügt über Flachbildschirm, Stereoanlage mit i-Phone und i-Pod-Dockingstation, Internetanschluss oder W-Lan und hat einen wischbaren Boden, ebenso wie die Küche. Unsere exklusive Küche ist bestens ausgestattet mit Backofen, Ceranfeld mit 4 Kochfeldern, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Eierkocher und ausreichend Geschirr. Auf Wunsch Frühstück im Haus.
Die zwei separaten Schlafzimmer (1 Dreibettzimmer und 1 Doppelzimmer) sind mit zwei meter langen Betten, rückengerechten Matratzen, Allergikerbetten und mit qualitativ hochwertigen Teppichböden (für Allergiker geeignet) sowie Zimmersafe ausgestattet.
In den 2 Bädern mit Waschtisch, Dusche/WC finden Sie Handtuchwärmer, Fön und Toilettenartikel. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Geschirrtücher sind bei uns selbstverständlich inklusiv.
Für unsere kleinen Gäste stellen wir Ihnen auf Anfrage gerne Babybett, Kinderhochstuhl, Wickelauflage, Babyphone, Kindergeschirr und -besteck zur Verfügung.
