Welcome! In our bright, welcoming apartment, you’ll find a place where peace, space, and comfort come together. The view of the Chiemgau Alps greets you from the very first moment, inviting you to relax and leave daily life behind.
On 50 sqm on the first floor, you have everything you need for a relaxing stay for two: plenty of space, charming details, and a cozy Alpine atmosphere. It’s a retreat where you’ll quickly feel at home and surrounded by nature.
The apartment is close to cycling and hiking trails, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, public transport, an indoor pool, and a mini-golf course. Chiemsee is a 20-minute drive away, Salzburg 45 minutes, Berchtesgaden and Königssee 50 minutes, and Munich 1 hour and 15 minutes.
A parking space is available on the property. There is storage for motorbikes and bicycles, as well as a ski depot. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed. An EV charging station is available for an additional fee. Washing machine and dryer can be used on request. The property follows recycling guidelines and has energy- and water-saving features. Electricity is partly generated by photovoltaic systems. Self-check-in is available.
