Exclusive 5 star (DTV) apartments Our house is located on the sunny slope of Ruhpolding, the Zellerberg. In a very quiet location, you can spend relaxing holidays here and let your mind wander. All apartments have been tastefully furnished and have tiled floors with underfloor heating. The bathrooms are modern and equipped with toilet, bidet and hairdryer.

Our Chalet Hyggei should be a place where it is possible to relax and unwind. The roots of the word "Hygge" can be found in Old Norse: "Hyggja" means to be mentally and emotionally satisfied, to have found a shelter where you can recharge your batteries and rest safely. We are expanding our previous holiday apartment offer with a hygienic chalet for up to 6 people. The chalet has a total of three separate bedrooms, two of which have their own bathroom (en suite). The bedroom on the upper floor is equipped with two single beds which can be placed either individually or as a double bed. All bedrooms are equipped with high quality box spring beds. As with our three apartments, we expect to receive a 5 star rating from the German Tourism Association (DTV). A cozy wood-burning fireplace in the spacious living room ensures comfort and warmth. Underfloor heating is installed throughout the holiday home under the tiled floors. Of course, a sauna with a large glass front is also available to our chalet guests, which is combined with one of the two bathrooms. After an active day in the Ruhpolding area, you can relax on the sundowner terrace and balcony with a unique panoramic view of the mountains. Because in the Ruhpolding area, for example, the Unternberg is called "Untei" and a club championship is called "Clubei", we consequently made Hygge "Hyggei".
