Welcome to our little retreat in the Chiemgau Alps. This lovingly furnished apartment on the first floor offers 38 sqm of space—perfect for a relaxing stay for two. Enjoy peace and a beautiful mountain view from the south-facing balcony, where you can soak up the sun and unwind.



Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a TV. The private balcony is ideal for relaxing in the evening.



The property is close to many cycling and hiking trails, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, public transport, an indoor pool, and a mini-golf course. The studio is a 20-minute drive from Lake Chiemsee, 45 minutes from Salzburg, 50 minutes from Berchtesgaden and Lake Königssee, and 1 hour 15 minutes from Munich.
