Herzlich Willkommen im Gästehaus Pointner! Unser familienfreundliches Privathaus, mit freiem Blick auf Berge und Wiesen, liegt ruhig, etwas außerhalb und abseits vom Verkehr. Beginnen sie den Tag an unserem reichhaltigen Frühstücksbuffet. Den Ortskern erreichen sie in 15 Gehminuten. Wanderwege und Skiwanderloipen führen direkt am Haus vorbei. Unsere gemütliche Gemeinschaftsterrasse auf der Süd und Ostseite des Hauses läd zum Entspannen, Plaudern und Frühstücken ein. Wir freuen uns auf Ihren Besuch! Frühstück in der Ferienwohnung auf Anfrage.   
Unsere gemütliche Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Sie verfügt über 1 separates Schlafzimmer, 1 Bad mit Du/WC/Fön und Kosmetikspiegel. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit SAT/TV und einer gemütlichen Sitzecke (mit Ausziehcouch) ausgestattet. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet mit Backofen und Mikrowelle und einem separatem Esstisch und allem was Sie für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigen. Unsere große Terrasse auf der Ost- und Südseite lädt alle Gästen zum Entspannen und gemeinsamer Unterhaltung ein. Die Grillmöglichkeit befinden sich direkt am Haus.
Ein Trockenraum für Ski und Zubehör sowie ein Stellplatz für Räder stehen zur Verfügung.
Brötchenservice und Frühstück sind extra buchbar. Auf Wunsch können auch Doppel- und Einzelzimmer mit Dusche/WC dazugebucht werden.

Schöne , gemütliche Ferienwohnung in sehr ruhiger Lage am Rande von Ruhpolding. Die gut ausgestattete Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
