There are great views from the outdoor deck w hot tub - where you can enjoy your favorite beverage after a day of golf, skiing, hiking and other activities Ruidoso has to offer. Take in all the wildlife from the comfort of your private covered deck.

Apache Ridge is a very popular cabin due to its location, views and decor. This cabin is perfect for a small group of friends or family and comes with a fully stocked kitchen with all the utensils and cookware you'd need. This cabin is also pet friendly for a fee (simply add pets to your guest list upon booking)

Free Wifi, washer and dryer, central gas fire place, excellent deck for soaking in the views of the 100' Ponderosa Pines, Roku TV with Fubo, Central Heat and A/C with semi-seclusion make this a must rent! Don't forget about the new private 4 person hot tub situated on the back deck.

This cabin has a Q sleeper sofa and 2 Q beds for your comfort. We provide all the bedding, towels, and cloths you'll need as well as essentials and propane for your gas grill.

**IMPORTANT** - this cabin is located up a hill in the Upper Canyon, getting to it can be difficult after a snowfall or in slippery conditions, we STRONGLY advise you travel with 4WD or tire chains during the winter months especially if snow is in the forecast. We make every effort to plow these locations first but Ruidoso is a Mountain Town and weather can be treacherous and is unpredictable.

In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your reservation please review the following policy. An administration fee of $35 will be charged to all cancellations 14 days or more in advance, unless a reschedule has been agreed upon. Reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to check-in will be charged a 1 night fee including taxes and are subject to all other nights the Cabin or Room is not re-rented. If you do not show up for your reservation you will be charged in full. Sorry, no refund for early departure. We strongly recommend that you consider purchasing Trip Insurance to protect your investment. Full details can be found on our website.Please note Cancellation policies for Christmas and New Years (Inclusive Dec 20-Jan 5) differ significantly, they will be clearly explained in your rental agreement. UCLC's signed rental agreement will take precedence over any 3rd party booking site policy.

This cabin offers its guests a hot tub, barbecue grills, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
