My room carpet was full of pet hair that was disgusting, it felt like they did a poor job cleaning up the room, that only means that Best Western has poor management supervision. For the price it should be a better quality hotel.

We love that it is pet friendly. The courtyard is very nice we enjoyed walking our diogs around the property. We enjoyed the pool which is outdoor. The hot tub was heating but the jets were not or were set very low with no control to set them. The room was clean, large and comfortable. Plenty of parking. Motel style where you park and enter rooms from outside.
