To start with, the room was not ready for use because there were no bath soaps , shampoo and conditioner available in the washroom. Then, I've to call them in the middle of taking my shower. Second one is even worse, the AC didn't work and when I called them, they suggest to open the window door too my room cool and I was surprised.

The room was clean and so was the bathroom but the beds were pretty hard and a little hard to sleep on. But my worst complaint is the pool and hot tub area had a/c on where it was so freezing in there you couldn't even stand to be in there even if you weren't in the waterbe in therecouldn't even sit in there let alone be in the water
