A Little R & R (A2) has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a queen sleeper sofa and sleeps a total of 6 people.

The private deck offers lovely wooded views and overlooks mid-town Ruidoso.

A Little R&R (A-2) is a cute two story condo that sleeps six. You'll find two bedrooms on the entry level, one containing a King bed and the other is a Queen bed. There is also a full bathroom in between the two bedrooms. Walk upstairs and you'll be welcomed into a wide open living room with plenty of room to hang out, including a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space. Open concept kithcen with a breakfast bar area for extra seating. You will also find the additional stand-up shower bathroom upstairs, as well as the washer and dryer. There is a gas grill located on the balcony just off the living room.

A Little R&R is conveniently located minutes from Midtown Ruidoso shopping, 15 minutes from the casino, and 10 miles from Ski Run Rd. Several golf courses are in the area that are open to the public, and we are minutes from family fun activities, such as, summer swimming, go karts and putt putt golf, hiking and biking. We also have horseback riding, canoeing, fishing, disc golf, pickleball, tennis. and gambling! There are a few parks for the kiddos, so much to do!

The property was not cleaned properly upon arrival. The dishes were dirty, the bedding appeared unwashed, and there was hair on the pillows. We also found rodent feces behind the furniture, which raised serious cleanliness and health concerns. Additionally, the BBQ grill advertised with the property was in poor condition, appeared unsanitary, and barely functioned. Overall, the condition of the rental did not match the expectations set by the listing.
