- Maximum occupancy: 2 guests only

-No pets allowed. Unauthorized animals or pets will result in a minimum charge of $500 plus any additional cleaning, damage repair, allergen remediation, pest treatment, or replacement costs incurred by Owner.

-Strict no-smoking policy. Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, vapes, and cannabis, is prohibited inside the property. Unauthorized smoking will result in a minimum charge of $500 plus any additional costs incurred for odor remediation, cleaning, damage repair, lost rental income, and replacement of affected furnishings.

- No illegal drug use is permitted on the property

Any deliveries made to the property are at the guest’s own risk. Please track shipments closely to ensure arrival during your reservation dates.

This policy is strictly enforced and any violation may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
