Townhome 45 IS NEWLY REMODELED, it is a three level unit with a ground level entry with the kitchen, dining room and living room with a half bath. There is a view of the golf course, waterfall, the Trout fishing lake from a covered deck on the first level. It is a short walk to the Texas Club and located close to all the amenities. This unit has five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, multiple large living spaces, a covered carport, washer/dryer, two large private decks, wireless internet and central air. 2520 square foot. NOTE: Fireplace is not useable. Pets are not allowed in any rental unit. There will be a $1,000 fine for unauthorized pets.

Better than expected

We stayed with my family from different places in Mexico, everything was better than expected. Very clean, renewed and the space was awesome for our big group!
