This 3000 sq. ft. Townhouse with 10 foot high ceilings offers large living spaces and all the comforts of home. It has three spacious en-suite bedrooms with which it easily accommodates 6 adults.

It is centrally located in a very desirable neighborhood in Runaway Bay and offers access to a beautiful private beach, many restaurants, concert venues and local attractions eg. Dunns River Falls and the Bob Marley Tour.

Check-in is simple and access to the house is fully automated.

This large 3000 sq. ft. Townhouse is new on the market and offers:

Upstairs - All sleeping accommodations - An unbelievably spacious master bedroom suite with a king size bed, a relaxed seating area, a large walk-in closet, and a balcony. The EnSuite bathroom has a Jacuzzi bath. Each of the other two bedrooms has its own bathroom- 1 room has a queen bed, while the other has 2 twin beds and an adjoining balcony. There is also a dedicated office area.

Downstairs – Large and comfortable living space, where Wi-Fi and TV, with many channels, are available. There is also a half bathroom, a separate dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen large enough to accommodate an 'eat-in' area. All bedrooms and living spaces are equipped with Air Conditioners and Ceiling Fans.

Basement - The basement has a washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, washtub and another full bathroom.

There is Free Parking and monitored Security Cameras are on the outside of the property.
