Lovely Ranch Cabin

We enjoyed staying at this pretty home in Caballo, NM. The home is decorated beautifully and is fully stocked..also it was near Caballo Lake. We hope to return!

If you're looking for privacy in a quaint little ranch house then this is the place. Easy to park our boat and trailer on the property. Very cozy.

Great place to stay

The house is nicely decorated with all the comforts of home. There was plenty of room to park our Jeep trailer. It is in a quiet rural area but not too far away from everything. Conveniently located near the Elephant Butte and Chili Challenge 4-wheel trails. We enjoyed our stay very much and would not hesitate to stay again when we return to the area.

Cute cozy house, I would have liked to have a real door for the bathroom other than that it was a great place. Loved the neighbors donkey in the morning and him running up to the fence to say hi. Great place.

why I only gave it 4 stars

The farmhouse is very nice.: great decor, well stocked kitchen and bathroom. But for me, there were 2 things that kept it from being a 5 star. One was no railing on the steps-this is a serious problem for elderly and young children. Second was the bathroom door. very decorative but does not close all the way. My 18 year old grand-daughter was not happy with this. Too embarrassing, she said.
