Thoughts….

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. Hotels were booked due to Softball World Series, so of course there was some noisy moments, which staff immediately addressed. My room a/c seemed to be on the fritz but was ok after sundown. Goo location near restaurants and shopping and interstate 20.

Bathtub couldn't hold water, floors were filthy, plugs for the wall were loose, air conditioner was filthy, broken tiles in the bathroom, and the walls were nasty

The staff was very friendly and attentive from the moment i checked in. The amenities and attention to detail was amazing. The breakfast was amazing and the staff made sure there was plenty for everyone for the duration of the deaignated breakfast hours. Will be making a return visit

Hotel rooms need to be updated. Our walk in shower had mold and mildew. The workers said it was clean. Had a lot of mold looking dust on the air vent. Could’ve been cleaner. Pool was very dirty.

I liked the property. Very clean. The staff was extremely nuce and helpful. The only problem we had was at 4:00 am a light came on for no reason. There was no way that light could have come on since to turn it on it was a push button.

Disappointing

Sadly, this hotel is going down. I’ve stayed here a few other times, and it was very nice. This time, however, our TV didn’t work. Toilet was leaking water over the floor. Nasty. Service at front desk was unfriendly. Very disappointing.
