Fix the Elevator!

It wasn’t as clean as others we have stayed at. Yucky ring around the toilet bowl. Carpets were stained in places. And the elevator sounded scary! Like, it needs some attention because it sounds unsafe. But the young man at the check-in desk was amazing and so helpful!
