The house is nestled in lush greenery at the end of a quiet lane, just steps from the central square of Rustrel village. The setting is peaceful, with double-glazed windows and no overlooking neighbors, ensuring your privacy.



The terrace and pool offer stunning views of the Luberon and the Rustrel castle.



From your private carport, you enter your living space of about 18 m², which includes a bedroom with a double bed, an open bathroom, and a toilet. You'll find a closet, drawers, a sideboard, Wi-Fi, a capsule coffee machine, and a Dyson air cooler. The bathroom features a spacious rain shower, towels, washcloths, soap, and a hair dryer. The French door opens onto the garden.



The private pool (7 x 4 m) is just steps away, with 4 loungers, a cooler table, and a dining table with a parasol.



You have access to a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a washing machine and dryer. Upstairs, the reading lounge awaits with air conditioning and a balcony offering another superb view of the property, the castle, the Luberon, and the Colorado.
