The property features 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds, a spacious open-plan ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 10, double sofa bed, and two single pouf beds. You enjoy mountain views, self check-in, independent air conditioning, TV in every room, a 50-inch smart TV with streaming services, Wi-Fi, barbecue, washing machine, dryer, dedicated workspace, balcony, and a baby cot on request.



Outside, you have a private fenced garden and a shared covered terrace. The private outdoor circular pool, 5 meters in diameter and 120 cm deep, is available from mid-April to mid-October with regular maintenance. Guests have access to a pod coffee machine, dishes, cutlery, bed linen, and towels.



Exclusive parking is available on the property, with additional shared spaces on the street. Pets are allowed, making the villa ideal for large families seeking comfort in nature. Events with external guests are not permitted, and quiet hours must be respected from 1 pm to 4 pm and from 11 pm to 8 am, out of consideration for neighbors. Waste sorting according to house rules is required.



The location is perfect for day trips, offering a serene environment to return to. Caserta and Benevento are about 30 minutes by car, Naples 45 minutes. It is the ideal place to experience the Italian countryside and visit beautiful destinations.
