This gorgeous villa sits atop a hill with a beautiful panoramic view of a peaceful beach. Incredible view of the Andaman Sea. You can walk to the beach just near and to beachfront restaurants and shops. Please note: there are about 30 stairs to get from the driveway to the living space.

You have full use of the place with 3 bedrooms, plenty of lounge space inside and out.

Secluded Spacious & Private ParadiseThis incredibly spacious, private, and well-laid-out villa is the perfect escape from the Phuket crowds. It's within walking distance of quality beachfront restaurants and close to Nai Yang Beach (walkable or a short GRAB ride - so there's no need to rent a car). Perched on a hill overlooking the ocean, it's a five-minute path walk to Fisherman’s Bay and only ten minutes south of Phuket Airport (HKT).The full-time housekeeper, Em, is delightful, handling cleaning, grocery fetching, fruit slicing, and expert laundry care and service. With a 12m x 5m private pool, it has everything needed to unplug and enjoy the best of Phuket.Mark, the host, is incredibly well-organized, thoughtful and is quick to respond.I highly recommend this great-value villa to anyone who appreciates a rustic location, excellent architecture designed to capture the cross-breeze, path of the sun, and an infinity-edge pool overlooking the ocean. Any issues were resolved immediately on-site, and airport transportation was arranged.Whatsapp text was easy for communication with the houskeeper bypassing any potential language issues. Enjoy!

Perfect stay in paradise location

Everything was exellent. The house and facilities were perfect. Location lovely, peaceful and exclusive. Walk to the beach 300 meters, were a beach restaurant was more than happy to prepare and deliver food the the villa too. Villa is very clean and we could find everything and more for dining and eating in the villa. Housekeeper is a gem, made us breakfast everyday and kept the indoor and outdoor areas spotless. We will return for sure to this villa next time when coming to Phuket. We also arranged taxi transfers and whole island day trip and Patong night life taxi service with Marks contact and it was arranged perfectly. Walking distance to Nai Yang Beach via the romantic beach route. 10/10
