An incredibly beautiful hotel overlooking the Sapa mountains but close to the town centre meaning dinner and bars are within walking distance - we got an incredible deal on an Executive Suite which meant we had a huge balcony and beautiful uninterrupted views. The hotel is clean with fantastic facilities, staff could not do more for us including booking an ethnic village tour and allowing us to use their spa facilities for no charge ahead of our sleeper bus upon our departure. Highly recommend!

My wife and I loved our stay at Aliana Boutique while visiting Sapa! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and our room on the 5th floor was very spacious with sweeping views of the surrounding mountains. The gym was a nice bonus, and the on-site restaurant serves some fantastic dishes. Shoutout to Leily at the front desk for arranging transport and tickets to Fansipan Mountain. It’s also an easy walk to the city center and all the main hotspots. Highly recommended!

Overall, I'm very satisfied with my time at Aliana. Despite having bad luck with the weather, the views were fantastic and the staff very friendly and at a reasonable price. I had an overnight train from Hanoi and I very much appreciated the early check in option (8am or so!) Also, in addition to keeping my luggage in the hotel for an additional 8 hours past check out, I was able to take a shower after the day's excursions. It was a game changer. Would wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone looking for a cosy getaway with great views.

Our stay at Aliana Boutique Sapa Hotel and Spa was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived to the day we checked out, the staff made our experience unforgettable. Every team member, especially the staff at the front desk were warm, kind, and incredibly professional. They consistently went above and beyond to support and accommodate our needs, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The room itself was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a large private deck that offered breathtaking views of the mountains. We spent many peaceful moments there, soaking in the fresh air and calming atmosphere which was truly one of the highlights of our trip. The minibar was generously replenished daily and with every small detail added to the comfort of our stay. Breakfast and the room service from the in-house restaurant were both delicious and satisfying. The location of the hotel also struck the perfect balance. It's close enough to the city centre for convenience, yet distant enough from the bustle and the crowd to enjoy the tranquility and natural beauty that Sapa is known for. This hotel exceeded all expectations. The genuine hospitality, scenic surroundings, and thoughtful touches made our stay one to remember. Very pretty, clean boutique hotel. Beautiful decor, comfortable room with beautiful view, large bathroom, excellent cleaning service. Breakfast was simple but was very delicious. Staff and all service members were friendly and polite. Excellent location, just outside of the main core of the city in a dead end street so it is very quiet yet walking distance to everything downtown where you can take rail car up the mountain to Fansipan.
