Nice Hotel let down by Staff!

The hotel itself was nice, had a great view from our room with private balcony and simple breakfast. What let this hotel down was the 2 staff we were in contact with! First of all, the reception is not 24 hours as advertised...they close at 9pm. We arrived by bus from Hanoi at 9:10pm and the hotel was already locked with lights off. After wandering around lost for a while, another guest heard us and helped us find the owner to let us into our room about 1 hour after we arrived! I had already booked and payed for this hotel so they knew that we were arriving that day. We were shown our room but were never checked in or out or given any details such as wifi password etc. We stayed 2 nights and the room was never cleaned or the water replaced as advertised. The floor was dirty before we arrived. At breakfast, we were misled by a second staff member. When we sat down we were offered a menu, i asked is there no breakfast which she replied yes we will get it for you. As we were waiting they asked if we wanted juice or coffee...so we got 2 juices. At the end however the owner approached us saying we had to pay for the drinks. We assumed as 'breakfast' was included we would not have to pay..this was very dishonest! Note: it wasnt an issue for us but just know its a 15 minute walk uphill to Sapa town where the restaurants are. The hotel is one of the last on the road overlooking Cat Cat Village so it is dark/quiet and far away from town but still felt safe.

Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay at the Cat Cat garden hotel. Elena was so great. She gave us lots of information on things to do and her food is excellent! The rooms were large and had the most amazing view. She even gave my 8 year old daughter a birthday gift. We can highly recommend this hotel. Nice to be a little outside of sapa but close enough to easily walk in if needed.

วิวโรงแรมห้อง family สวย ใกลับกับ cat cat village

วิวสวยมาก จะเดินไปเที่ยวในเมืองซาปา หรือเดินไปหมู่บ้านม้ง cat cat ก็สะดวก อาหารเช้าอาจรอนานหน่อย เพราะเจ้าของลงมือทำแต่ละจานเอง

괜찮았긴 한데

대체로 만족합니다. 다만 여기 사이트에서 미리 결제하고 갔는데, 이 사실을 모르더라구요. 그래서 결제된 것을 확인하는데 조금 애먹었습니다. 또한 예약을 산이 보이는 방으로 2개 했는데 이것도 전달이 안되어있었구요. 왜그런지는 잘 모르겠습니다.

O hotel fica bem localizado para quem gosta de paisagens bonitas e local sossegado. A vista do quarto é fantástica. O hotel, os quartos, banheiros e o restaurante, no entanto, são bem simples, com serviços e alimentação limitados. A cortesia dos atendentes compensa em parte a simplicidade do local.

좋지만 좀 아쉬운 호텔

전망이 보이는 방을 예약했는데 부킹 단계에서의 실수로 중복이 되었다함? 그래서 창문 없는 방을 안내해줬음 근데 더 큰 문제는 침대가 두개인데 한개에는 전기장판이 없음... 전열기구도 없음... 둘째날에는 전망이 있는 방으로 옮겨줬는데 청소 상태가 영 아니었음 대신 전기장판은 두개였고 전열기구도 있었음... 전망은 좋고 깻깻마을 접근성은 좋음

추천하지않음;

사파 3박동안 지냈던숙소인데, 호텔설명?같은거에 24시간 프런트 데스크 운영이라고 적혀있었으나, 저녁 슬리핑버스를타고 6시반쯤내려서 택시타고 호텔로갔더니, 호텔문이 다 닫혀있고, 사람도없더라구요..그래서 사실당황했어요.날씨가 너무쌀쌀했지만 방법이 없었기에 의자에 앉아서 다랭이논구경이나하고있었더니, 7시반쯤인가? 직원이 이제막 일어나서 나오더라구요 . 그래서 체크인해서 방으로 들어왔고, 실망했어요 ;;; 사진이랑 너무 달라서...ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 저는 다랭이논전망을 보고싶어서 2명이지만 패밀리룸을 예약했는데, 호텔스닷컴에 올려놓은 사진은 엄청 넓기도하고 개인거실이 있는것처럼 올려져있었는데 이게 그냥 공용거실이더라구요 물론 이건 제 착각일수도있지만, 그걸 제외하더라고 방이 너무 오래된느낌이였고 모서리 곳곳에 ㄲ ㅏ맣게 곰팡이처럼 그런것도 있었고 그냥 오래된 청소가안된 건물같았어요. 침대도 사실 조금 찝찝했고 수건도 눅눅했고, 가장 중요한건 화장실에서 계속 찌린내가 났어요; 너무 심해서 화장실 문을 열어놓으면 방에 찌린내가 가득했고 다음날 매니저에게 화장실 냄새가 너무 많이난다고 하니 락스로 청소를 해준것같았는데... 청소한 직후는 좀괜찮았으나, 나갔다가 오후쯤에 들어오니 계속 찌린내가 났어요.. 어쩔수없는건가봐요. 화장실 문이야 닫고있으면 되지만 냄새가 계속 방으로 들어오는것같아서 더러웠고 샤워하는공간?도 계속 돌맹이가 떨어지고 괜히 냄새도나니까 찝찝했어요. 방청소를 했다고 했으나 바닥도 더러웠고, 수건도 안가져다놔서 가서 얘기했더니 호텔측에선 가져다놨다고해서 다시 가서 한번더 확인했으나 없어서 매니저에게 수건이 없더라 라고 얘기하니 직원에게 뭐라뭐라하니까 직원이 수건을 가져다주면서도 엄청 기분나빠하면서 가져다 주더라구요; 또, 호텔에 오토바이 대여를 할수있다고 해서 2번인가?3번인가? 대여하려고했으나 한번도 오토바이대여하는곳이랑 연결되지않아 대여하지못했습니다. 기다리랬으나 오토바이가없다고.. 그냥 숙소에 빌리시는것보다 조금올라가면 카페나 이런곳에서도 빌리는곳이 많으니 거기서 빌리는게 더 빠를듯싶네요. 아아 그리고 저희는 1층이였고 2층에 사람들이 5명묵었는데 건물이 오래되어서인지 조금만 걸어다녀도 너무 쿵쿵거리는 소리가 나서 저녁엔 잠을설치고 아침엔 의도치않게 잠에서깨게되네요. 그리고 이 5명이 너무 쿵쿵거리니 1층 침대까지 흔들리더라구요;;하하하하;;; 다랭이논을 구경하기엔 더없이 좋은숙소이지만 사파시내?쪽에 숙소를잡고 걸어오셔도 괜찮다고 생각하시는 분들은 그냥 그쪽에 숙소잡으시는게 좋을것같아요.. 어짜피 걸어서 10분정도밖에 안걸려요.... 절대로 추천하지않습니다. 너무 실망스러워요 후회없는 선택을 하시길.....

La vue de l'hotel est magnifique mais nous avons ete tres decu de l'état des lieux et surtout, de la propreté. Dommage car l'accueil était chaleureux et la nourriture respectable.

참 만족하게 지내다 왔습니다

깟깟마을과 굉장히 가깝고 객실에서 밑으로 보니는 경치는 최고였습니다 숙소 옆으로는 펍도 있고 깟깟가든 식당도 있어요 항상 밖에서 식사를하다 마지막 점심을 가든식당서 먹었는데 굉장히 정성스럽게 만들어주네요 다운타운(광장)과는 좀 떨어져 있는데 그래도 산책겸해서 충분히 다닐거리에요
