The property was lovely, the room was large and comfortable and the view of the mountain was amazing! Breakfast was great with many options. Staff were welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Location was great for being within easy walking to the downtown core and access to the Sapa Station to get to the mountain cable car. The room was quiet and beds were super comfy!

Everyone here treated us with such care and attention. You can tell the team truly loves what they do. We were given upgrade & treated well. Staff Lam upgraded us & was professional & always had smile on his face. Tran Long was great too & helped with transportation booking. The views from the room are amazing. The hotel is very modern with a great breakfast. It is central so all the main areas are walkable. Even though it is central the rooms with a view are quiet. I would definitely recommend a room with a view and we chose the deluxe room. The staff are helpful and friendly.
