Very lovely hotel. Nice rooms. Given it’s at the bottom of hill from town, expect to take taxis back and forth because it’s all up hill and away from city centre.

Wonderful stay at Fansipan View hotel. We arrived early on the overnight bus from Hanoi and were able to leave our luggage prior to check in. They also have one shower on the main floor for guests to use. Linh, at front desk, was super helpful in providing recommendations on places to visit. The hotel room is as shown in photos. The daily breakfast includes a selection of local and western cuisine with different options provided daily. Easy access to local attractions by Grab/taxi or scooter.

The staff were very friendly and polite. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower on the other hand needs a shower bar for safety. To avoid any slips and falls. Overall the hotel is very nice and would recommend to others

This hotel and amenities were as described and most previous reviews we agreed with. It was situated in the lower hotel area on the hill but easy walk (all up hill from here) to restaurants and very close to one of the popular instagram picture areas, if that’s your thing. So many great images to take pictures of on this mountainside. Grab (taxi) was exceptionally cheap and super easy to arrange a ride up to Sapa Center for access to the “legend, Fansipan” From sapa center back to this Hotel is all down hill and easy to walk back down to, after you spend the day in the center. Hot Breakfast was great every day and very helpful front desk. Room was exceptionally clean , reasonably priced and we had a fabulous view from our balcony. Bed was super comfy. What more can I say. We would return.

We stayed 2 nights with the Mountain View, great bed, pillows too soft, bathtub /showers don’t have a curtain, the floor will be all water and it doesn’t drain. Very dangerous and slippery. The room very spacious, good breakfast. Construction next door, the road all muddy.

A place to Come again and again.

A big Thank you to the team supervised by a wonderful manager. We had the best time. And when I could not get a bus back to Hanoi, she got it done within minutes. Talking about the hotel, it is 7 minutes walk to Moana and about 12 minutes walk to sunworld.
