We arrived at the hotel around 6am after our sleeper bus ride and already experienced the warm hospitality - we were served hot chocolate and the hotel staff offered to store our luggages so that we can go off to explore. We got our room after lunch. It was huge and had the largest balcony and bathroom for all the hotels we ever stayed at. The view was spectacular! The hotel itself was very nicely decorated and pretty. Would highly recommend to stay here!

Fantastic hotel!! Beautiful lobby and room. Complimentary hot chocolate at check-in. One of the staff at the front desk (I think her name was Ivy) helped us book our bus back to Hanoi. The swimming pool was very grand. Small gym with two treadmills and a few weight machines (nicer than any other hotel gyms we had in Vietnam). I did a spa treatment which was wonderful. It included a complimentary sauna and steam room. Overall, we had an amazing experience at Hotel de la Coupole

Lovely, grand and opulent hotel in the heart of Sapa. Beautiful decor and excellent, friendly staff (especially Khuong who gave us a tour of the hotel and recognised us every time we saw him). Recommend staying here for 1-2 nights if in Sapa! Although hotels a little bit outside of the centre do offer better views from your room of the nearby hills and Sapa scenery. Breakfast / dining room is impressive, and the breakfast itself has huge variety and excellent quality - the best we’ve had in Vietnam.
