Pessima esperienza fin dall'inizio, non so se per il periodo in cui siamo stati in visita (dicembre) o proprio per la struttura in sé. Arriviamo, non trovano la nostra prenotazione e dopo alcune difficoltà di comunicazione ci danno comunque una stanza. Capiamo presto il perché: l'ostello era deserto. Posate le valige, scendiamo per la colazione ma ci viene comunicato che da qualche mese, causa i pochi turisti, avevano annullato il servizio (nonostante fosse incluso nella nostra prenotazione). Oltre a questi disservizi iniziali, anche il soggiorno non è stato da meno. Nei giorni di permanenza la temperatura esterna era circa di 5 gradi, quella in camera di circa 2. Umidità altissima che creava condensa sulle finestre che poi allagava tutta la stanza. Abbiamo provato a chiedere una stufetta per mitigare la situazione ma ci è stato risposto che gli scaldini del letto erano sufficienti e ci è stata negata. Risultato: da tre notti prenotate siamo rientrati prematuramente ad Hanoi dopo 1 sola notte (anche a causa della nebbia e della pioggia che rendevano impossibile ogni escursione nei dintorni). Inoltre la struttura non è comodissima come posizionamento sia per passeggiate che per i ristoranti (circa 20 minuti a piedi dal centro).
