The suites have a coffee capsule machine, kettle, fridge, sink, toaster, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery. Cooking facilities are not available. The in-house relax area ensures a pleasant end to the day.

As one of the largest ski areas in Austria, the so-called "Home of Lässig" offers numerous snow parks, floodlit slopes and toboggan runs. The entrance (ski-in) is only 500 m away from the valley station of the Schönleitenbahn.
In summer, this region is known as the Bike Circus and impresses with 400 km of mountain bike trails. Hikers also get their money's worth and can explore the Glemmtal and the surrounding region on over 400 km of hiking trails.
