Two separate bedrooms offer comfortable box-spring beds and stunning views of the Kitzsteinhorn. The bathroom has a shower, and the toilet is in a separate room. From the roof terrace and balcony, enjoy breathtaking panoramas of the Leoganger Steinberge, the Steinernes Meer, the Hochkönig, the Schwalbenwand, and the Kitzsteinhorn.

In winter, the location provides quick access to renowned ski areas such as the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn, the Hochkönig ski region – Ski amadé, and Zell am See-Kaprun. Families and active sports enthusiasts will find endless opportunities for adventure and relaxation. From May 1, 2025, a mobility fee of €0.50 per guest (aged 15 and older) will allow free use of all public transport in the Salzburg region. Guests are expected to respect house rules, and the host reserves the right to decline bookings from previous rule violators.
