A highlight of the apartment is the spacious balcony of approximately 40 m², complete with seating and deck chairs, perfect for enjoying breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. Saalfelden Leogang, in the heart of Salzburg, is a natural paradise with hiking trails, climbing routes, cycling paths, and refreshing swimming lakes in summer. In winter, the apartment provides easy access to renowned ski areas such as Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn, the Hochkönig ski region – Ski amadé, and Zell am See-Kaprun. From May 1, 2025, a mobility fee of €0.50 per guest (aged 15+) will allow free use of all public transport in Salzburg. Guests are asked to respect house rules, and the host reserves the right to decline bookings from previous rule violators.
