Terrace and balcony with garden furniture. Near the ski slopes and cross-country ski runs. Storage room for sports equipment as well as laundry room are available in the basement. 3 opened parking spaces in front of the house. In winter 4x4 or snow chains are required, alternatively you can leave the car at the beginning of the 300 meter long access road.
Ground floor: Entrance area. Laundry with washing machine for the common use as well as a store room for skis and sports equipment. 1st floor: Living room with sitting area, large dining table and TV (satellite and DVD player). Access to the balcony from the living room. Next to the living room is the separate kitchen (among other things with dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator with deep-freezer compartment, filter coffee / coffee machine with capsules (Nespresso) as well as a fondue-raclette set. 1 bedroom with 2 pushed together single beds (2x90x190cm). 1 separate toilet. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with 2 pushed together single beds (2x90x190cm) and access to the balcony. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (2x90x190cm).
