The 44-square-meter apartment has a kitchen/living room, a bedroom, a washroom/toilet and a sauna. In the courtyard building, a shared ski maintenance room for the apartments, with a lubrication iron and a table.

Sleeping facilities: 2 beds in the bedroom and 2 additional beds from the sofa bed in the living room.

Apartments 1 & 2 have a common hallway, from which access to the apartment. In the house's common outdoor storage room, 2 bicycles and a plastic sled are shared.
