The ski and boot room and 2 apartments are on the ground floor. On the 1st floor are 2 more apartments and also on the top floor are 2 apartments. The house has a passenger elevator. All apartments have underfloor heating. Each of the spacious apartments has a balcony, a kitchen and each bedroom has its own toilet/shower. Restaurants and grocery shops can be found just 300 meters from the property. The railway station, the natural ice rink and the tennis/football courts are 500 m away.
