In spite of the quiet location you find at walking distence: the cableway station to go to Hohsaas (3100 metres above sea level, skiing and hiking area), artificial ice rink, cross country track (26 km long), curling, tennis courts, mountain bike trails, bus stop and stores.
This 1-room apartment is on the ground floor, has a patio in front of the house and 1 comfortable kitchen-cum-living-room with 1 foldaway bed for 2 persons, a corner unit with sofabed, internet-TV, hair dryer, shower/WC. Non smoking house. Parking space near to the house.
