3* accomodation in lovely town

Correct contact details for Saas Holidays would have caused less stress to start with. Excellent service once arrived to correct details. Free cable car and bus pass was an amazing surprise which saved hundreds of Francs. Saas Grund is a quieter option to Saas Fee - which is car-less and made for apres-ski time. Kitchen needs a microwave oven.

Eine einfache, jedoch praktische und gepflegte Unterkunft in Saas-Grund. Da es Apartments ohne Rezeption sind, war die Kommunikation etwas schwierig. Die angegebene Telefonnummer war z.T. nicht erreichbar

Experiência desagradável

Como ja informei numa mensagem anterior, não ficámos neste alojamento. O apartamento estava pintado de fresco e não pudemos la ficar devido ao incomodo do cheiro a tinta e alergia às tintas. Aguardamos reembolso do valor pago, mas ainda não obtivemos resposta, nem da parte da Haus City nem da parte de hoteis.com onde efectueis a reserva e pagamento.

Appartement bien équipé à côté de l'église. Concierge attentionné. Petites améliorations possibles: Modifier l'adresse sur votre site: Le n° de la rue n'est pas 327 mais 372! Il ne s'agit pas d'une chambre mais d'un appartement de 31/2 pièces! (Texte après réservation) Avoir une liste des chaînes TV disponibles avec le N° de celles-ci Avoir un linge pour vaisselle. (Nous en avons acheté un que nous avons laissé à l'appartement) Sans linge, la seule possibilité d'essuyer la vaisselle est de la mettre dans le lave-vaisselle, ce qui n'est pas écologique lorsque l'on a que peu de vaisselle à essuyer!
