Despite the peaceful location, the following facilities are within walking distance: the valley station of the Hohsaas ski and hiking area (3,100 m above sea level), an ice rink, cross-country ski trails (26 km), a tennis court, mountain bike trails, a (ski) bus stop and shops.

It features a sunny south-facing balcony, perfect for relaxing. The apartment offers a modern open-plan kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave with grill function and a coffee machine.
