Within 20-200 meters: Cableway Hohsaas, ice rink, cross country slopes (20m), bus stop towards Saas-Fee (50m), shopping and entertainment such as restaurants, hiking and mountainbike trails. BBQ space and playground in summer season.

It accommodates 2-4 persons with a large south-facing terrace and lawn area. Consisting of a living area with 2 sofa beds, a seating area and a kitchen with dining space, 1 separate double bedroom, shower/WC.
