For shared use: garden, lawn for sunbathing. Barbecue, children's playground. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house. Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, restaurant 300 m, bus stop "Saas-Grund, untere Brücke" 350 m, indoor swimming pool 4 km. Golf course (9 hole) 4 km, tennis 2 km, gondola lift 2 km, skisport facilities 2 km, slopes 2 km, ski rental 2 km, ski bus stop 300 m, ski school 2 km, sled run 2 km, cross country ski track 300 m, ice rink 2 km, children's playground 300 m.
