Your Frio River adventure begins at this new 5-bedroom house on the 3rd hole of Frio Valley Ranch Golf Course. You don't need to pack linens, pillows, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, coffee/sugar, hand, laundry, dish, or dishwasher soap; we provide it for you! Each bedroom features 2 or 3 comfortable queen beds that are already made, offering plenty of space for 24 guests. With 5.5 bathrooms, everyone will have plenty of room to get ready for the river. The chef's kitchen is stocked with everything needed for a gourmet meal including dishes, pots, pans, and spices. Guests will appreciate thoughtful touches like an iron and hair dryers, making it easy to feel right at home. The outdoor area boasts a large pool with a swim up bar, outdoor kitchen with 75" screen tv to watch all the games you want from the pool. Out of Bounds is located about 1.5 miles from the Frio River, 8 miles to Garner State Park, and right off River Road where all the action is.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of Frio Valley Ranch Golf Club. Features include an outdoor pool and laundry facilities. A private pool and a kitchen are available in the vacation home.
