Gîte completely restored and equipped in 2022 for 6 people in an exceptional setting by the river, on the ground floor of a beautiful 18th century residence.
Come and enjoy with family or friends an unusual and very quiet place, close to shops with a view of the castle.
You will be charmed by this peaceful and warm environment in the heart of the city.
The cottage includes a living room with lounge area, dining room with fitted and equipped open kitchen (gas cooker, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave),
2 bedrooms with for the first, a double bed, storage, desk, TV and private bathroom with WC and the second with a double bed, cupboards, desk, private bathroom with WC,
as well as an isolated space composed of 2 single bunk beds.
A separate WC and a laundry room with washing machine complete this gite.
