The Maison des Pèlerins is a delightful blend of modern comfort and Provencal character, completely renovated. Airy and comfortable, the decoration uses beautiful local materials as well as the know-how of craftsmen, creating the warmth and atmosphere of a house in the South of France.
The windows overlook the rooftops of Sablet, to see the vineyards, the Dentelles de Montmirail and the neighbouring villages of the Côte du Rhône wine region. Spectacular views from every window, a charming private courtyard, spacious and comfortable rooms, central heating, a wood burning stove and two air-conditioned bedrooms make the Maison des Pèlerins very welcoming all year round.
It is not just a rental house, it is a real home in the village for you to enjoy.

La Maison des Pèlerins, 200 m², consisting of :
- 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a shower, king size bed
180x200 , the other bedroom with 1 king size bed 180x200 convertible into twin beds
- 1 bathroom with WC, washing machine and dryer
- a bathroom with toilet and washbasin
- Modern, fully equipped kitchen. A five burner hob,
a wall oven (convection and conventional), a microwave, a dishwasher
and a fridge/freezer, as well as a complete set of kitchen utensils.
- The Dining Room can comfortably accommodate up to six guests, with everything you need.

Satellite TV with French/English/American channels, as well as a
DVD player. A wood-burning stove in the living room provides warmth and comfort

Comfortable and well-equipped apartment at top of Sablet

Very comfortable apartment for a mid-late 70s couple at the top of Sablet. The owners' representative, Martina, met us and kindly drove our luggage up the narrow streets to the apartment. We had no trouble parking our Ford Kuga SUV (intermediate size?) rental in/near the center. Martina and the owners were all helpful and responsive throughout our booking process and during our stay. We made good use of the local grocery store and bakery, as well as the butcher, during our week and enjoyed using the well-equipped kitchen (although we did have trouble lowering the gas burner to produce a simmer). And, the Tuesday market in Vaison is not to be missed when you are staying in the Vaucluse, both for the food and the spectacle. We were in Sablet as the weather was turning cooler, so we appreciated having heat on a couple of days. Having a washing machine was also helpful, as was the drying rack (we tend not to use dryers if we don't have to). We liked having a separate shower and not just the one in the bathtub. Overall, we were very pleased with this apartment and hope we can return next year.

Lovely house - beautiful views. Great location - only advice to potential future guests would be to make sure you have a small car as driving your luggage up the tiny streets is not fun and neither is the prospect of having to carry luggage all the way up as the house is situated at the top of the village. Hopefully we provided some amusement for the locals.
