This 4 bedroom, 2 bath house sleeps 10 in beds and is 100 yards from the beach and Goosefair Brook in Kinney shores!

First floor features a living room and an open concept kitchen and dining room that seats 10 (table expands to seat 14).  There is also a full bath with a tub / shower combo, a bedroom with a queen bed, and laundry on the first floor.  Upstairs has 3 additional bedrooms (BR2 has two queen beds, BR3 has two twin beds, and the master BR4 has a king bed and a private deck overlooking the Rachel Carson preserve.  There is also a second-floor full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Amenities include TV with YouTube TV and a ROKU device, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, AC units in all bedrooms, ceiling fans, WIFI, gas grill, and an outdoor patio set on lower deck, an outside shower, and a basketball hoop.  There is driveway parking for 4 cars.

An added bonus - owners provide linens at no additional cost.
